The sooner I realized life is a journey...well, I chose to be in hospitality...lived in CA, FL, Atlanta and met my wife Marcy in Buffalo (while opening two TGI Fridays as a Gen Mgr) and then started having kids while in FL, yes late in life, and now we find ourselves living in Boca Raton, Florida.

We have 3 healthy, vibrant boys, Dylan, Gabriel and A. Mason….we welcomed a different path…for me, having kids at the age of 40+. A fellow '75 classmate was getting all excited about writing his last college check...not me, not yet.

Anyways, I have been a Certified Club Manager and a General Manager in the Private Club business since 1993. Recently, I earned the Certified Chief Executive moniker, one shared by a small percentage of Private Club Managers. As fortune and persistence would have its way and after a couple years of facing industry challenges, I was lucky to have several club consulting projects. Through a great referral, I found my way to Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club in the summer of 2011. What a beautiful place with really great Members. With the wife and kids happy in Boca Raton…we have said good bye to living on Zollinger. As the world gets smaller, if you are coming to Boca Raton, give me a call; let’s catch up on whatever piece of UA and life we want to share.
